Pay and per diem in Mount Pleasant

What we could not confirm

We found no published wage scales for this site. The national Bureau of Labor Statistics median for electricians (May 2025) is $63,190 a year, or $30.38 an hour, with the highest tenth near $108,510. Wisconsin and data-center figures were not in what we found. Union scales are set by each local's agreement, so ask your local or the contractor. Do not compare offers on the hourly rate alone.

The federal yardstick

For fiscal year 2026, the standard federal rates are $110 a night for lodging and $68 a day for meals and incidentals. Racine County has appeared as a special-rate area in past years, so look up the current figure for your dates. A dated Wisconsin university page also notes new rates take effect 1 October 2026 for FY 2027.
